A need to join key players in the offshore wind industry and Yorkshire Forward’s Inward Investment team to discuss new opportunities in the Humber region.

Solution

The Square 5 team organised an event in Grimsby on behalf of Team Humber Marine Alliance to bring together key players. This included organising speakers which included representatives from industry specialists Mainstream and Siemens, plus local sector networks NAMTEC, Grimsby Renewables Partnership and Humber Renewables Network. The team created an email campaign to promote the event and drive attendance and managed the full organisation and delivery of the event.

Result

The event was well subscribed with over 90 delegates in attendance. Feedback gained evidenced that the event was well received with 96% of delegates rating the presentations as either very good or good.
