Project

A manufacturing company made an acquisition of two other companies and as a result set up a new division based on their combined capabilities. Part of the strategy for the new division was to enter new markets - renewables and nuclear.

Solution

Square 5 carried out a capability audit on the company and began market testing to assess the feasibility of entering this market. We also introduced opportunities to the company that matched their capabilities.

Result

Two new potential clients have been introduced to the company. We also worked with the company to develop content for their marketing collateral and are working through their business development plan.
